Our start like all others was a modest one.

It all started in the restaurant space, slowly we built multiple restaurants that serve typical middle eastern foods such as Falafel, Shawarma, Hummus, Kibbeh, and more.

AL KAISAR was created to answer the demand in the market for Middle Eastern food, we slowly shifted our focus from restaurants selling directly to customers to Business to Business model and eventually transformed into a food-producing company.
